Services
Here's just a few ways we support young mothers
DREAMM Scholarship
This scholarship was established to assist high school seniors who are determined, resilient, eager, ambitious, and motivated mothers. This award is given to a mother who has the ability and desire to pursue a post-secondary education at a university, college, or other accredited higher learning institution.
Adopt-A-Family
DREAMM pays it forward by partnering with local high schools and community colleges to identify young mothers in need of assistance.
Our organization provides back-to-school readiness and holiday miracles for young mothers and their children.
Requests for back-to-school support for mothers and children are accepted between May 15th and July 15th.
Requests for holiday support for children are accepted between August 15th and November 1st.
Mentorship
DREAMM’s mentor program helps empower young mothers to find their strength and be confident in learning the role of parenting while taking control of their educational and/or career pathway.
We welcome mentors who can
Develop relationships that promote mutual trust and respect
Guide young mothers as they build life skills in the areas of self care, parenting, nutrition, financial literacy, career development
Step out of their comfort zone to grow and explore with our young mothers
We believe it takes a village to raise a child which is why we encourage young mothers to develop a mentor relationship.
